Trust Cash Advances

Even though you may be a beneficiary of a trust, you may not be able to acquire your trust income for some time.  The reason is that the proceeds from a  trust are at times structured for payment over a series of years or as one lump sum payment sometime well into the future.

Through Capital Funding, the rights to the proceeds from a trust can be sold, in whole or in part, so that the beneficiary may have use of the funds now rather than in the distant future.  In order to effect a payout under our program, Capital Funding needs the full cooperation and approval of the trustee or trust administrator in order to process your request.

Depending upon the structure of the trust, the source of the payment from Capital Funding can be an advance against the trust structured as a loan, or as an outright purchase of a single or multiple disbursements in accordance with the trust provisions.  In the latter form, we would provide for the purchase of the future payments payable to you from the trust at a discounted purchase amount.  This would be an outright purchase from you as the beneficiary of the trust, and would not be a loan that you must repay.

These trust transactions can be a source of immediate cash to you that are not readily available through conventional financial channels.
